The farmer's market is back in business! Not much there except lettuce and plants, but I did score a big bag of asparagus. As I like to say, it is the dawning of the age of asparagus. Also bought two poppy plants. I always covet other people's poppy plants when they're in bloom-- this year, they will be mine. Oh yes! they will be mine.

Hosted a small potluck yesterday. It went well. I do like social events that involve people I already know.
