Well, I thought it would be easy to just review grammar and do exercises...but I'm looking at the first chapter I'm supposed to do, on pronouns, and I realize I have nothing to say beyond what the book contains. What, am I supposed to get up there and read it to them? Yeah, they replace nouns. Yeah, they have gender and number. How do I take and hour and a half to discuss that? (and how is it that they don't know that yet? Who are these slackers?)

Also, this stupid book calls possessive pronouns "possessive adjectives". I'm not sure I can all them that with a straight face, or without launching into a tirade that these non-English speaking freshmen will NOT understand....
