Well. How did it go, you ask?

I now am sporting a nasty triangular briuse with a 1/4" gash (both wide and deep) right in the middle on my right forearm, and I just finished re-rolling the canopy cover after letting it dry out.

I lost 3 pounds this weekend. Probably 2 of it is from dehydration, though. I drank nearly a gallon of tea on Friday and never did have to go pee.

I am also reminded that as much as I would like to be an island of self-sufficiency, I would be many many times worse off by now in my life if it weren't for the kindness of strangers.
