I am writing this from a hotel computer in Las Vegas. No, really. J had a conference, and I've never been, so here I am. He's a-conferencing today. So far today I have a) exercised (elliptical machine!); b)read a book; c) napped. I'm about to lather, rinse, repeat. There's a casino in the hotel (of course), but I don't like to gamble and hang around in smoke-filled rooms, not even when in Vegas. It's overrated, and I don't care how uncool that makes me.
It is surreal. The place reminds me of A1A in Daytona, only on steroids. And with no beach.previous next
