Daylight Savings: I hate it. I've decided that I'm not going to do it this year. I prefer not. The clock in the Scriptorium is staying on linguafranca time. So there.
I made molasses butter that tastes like molasses cookie in spread form. 1 stick room temp butter, 1/3 c sorghum molasses, 1 tsp blackstrap molasses, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, ginger (don't know how much-- not much. Sprinkle some in, taste, adjust. No more than 1/8 tsp for anything, though). Mix it all up. Spread on bread or, better yet, biscuits. Swoon.
