Not one but TWO pies for Easter. First a lamb gyros sausage dinner pie with spinach. YUMMY. Then what I will call my almond joy pie-- coconut cream (pastry cream courtesy of J) with a layer of dark chocolate custard on the bottom with toasted almonds mixed in. ALSO YUMMY.
The other task for the day, aside from the preparing and eating of pie, was the setting up of the booth and taking of pictures. But guess what? It snowed. So, delayed again till tomorrow. Phooey.previous next
