Tried making a new kind of earring yesterday-- something with a new material, inexpensive, and quick. It involved doming resin; when I woke up this morning, I discovered that the resin had spilled over. It ruined exactly one earring of each pair. So now I have 5 mismatched earrings. *sigh*.

It snowed last night. Yuck. No accumulation at all, but that was definitely snow coming down.

I've been sort of obsessed with cooking/ preserving lately. In the past week, I've made and frozen or jarred: pizza sauce, pesto, red pepper pesto, applesauce, mint syrup. I also made salt caramels yesterday. Yum.
