A couple of years ago I made lime marmalade. It was bitter and ok, but not great. I ate a couple jars anyway out of a sense of duty, and left it to languish in the pantry. I recently opened another jar of it, more to clear out the pantry than anything, and now it's delicious. Who has changed, me or the marmalade?
Either way, it's reassuring to know that change is possible.previous next
