In the end, it did rain, but only in the afternoon AFTER we had set up the canopy, and only for a couple of hours, and there was no wind to speak of. Lucky! Half of the artists there are jewelry makers, which isn't great (a random person browsing my booth even said this. "But they're not as good." She also said that), but they gave me a great spot. I couldn't have asked for a better one. Second booth on the street from the direction most people will be entering the fair. No complaints about that.
