Up to Chicago day before yesterday, back yesterday afternoon. My butt hurts from all that sitting. we were visiting my mom/uncle/aunt/assorted and sundry cousins of varying degrees and removals. Glad we went; it was very nice and I got to offload some jam. In two days, we repeat, only to PA, and a mostly different set of cousins.

Spigotbottom wowed them all with her fantabulous eating skills. I'm lucky; I've heard of people facing rude resistance to this sort of feeding, but so far everyone in both families has been very positive and impressed by it.

Um, what else. That's about it. I love summer.
