Q had a runny nose one day. Now I have a hideous cold. It feels just like the last hideous cold. She doesn't even go to daycare. I know I'm lucky that we're more than a year in and she's only ever had this one runny nose, plus that one mild fever after vaccinations. But now I have a cold! Uck.

Bob's Red Mill 10 grain cereal with brown sugar, dried cranberries, and dried blueberries. And cold medicine (emphatically NOT Sudafed this time).
