J's mother bought us a Zoku popsicle maker for Easter. I just made my first batch of popsicles-- with some melted ice cream left over from a potluck last Saturday, mixed with plain yogurt and a little milk. That's the great thing about popsicles-- you do have to add a little sugar or they won't come out, but it's nothing like what's needed for sorbet or ice cream. Anyhow, they're ok. The peach flavor got diluted, so they're pretty milky, but no biggie. I could eat these for breakfast and feel justified in doing so. Almost. I'll be interested to see if Q likes them.
