I am running behind on the things I'm supposed to be doing, because I'm busy with these new pieces. I love them! I can't stop! Ornaments remain unmade, gifts unpurchased, packages unmailed, cards unassembled. I'm supposed to do a calligraphy piece for my brother in law, and I haven't even figured out where to set up the drafting table.

Cookies, though. Cookies have been and will continue to be baked. We're having a cookie decorating party on Saturday and I'm not ready for that, either, though. I need to pick out a sugar cookie dough and get it made.
