Actually, I'm not sure they were blood oranges per se. They had a lot of red in them, though. But not solid bright red the way blood oranges can be. And I made marmalade with them-- it turned out regular colored. But anyway, it's good! Added ginger (seemed like a lot at the time, but then the flavor isn't really noticeable as such in the final product) and rosewater. And vanilla beans, of course. Tasty.
