Q had her doctor's appointment yesterday. She did not care for it. One can imagine the shots being a point of contention, but when the doc shines a light in your ear? Yeah, hated it. Hate having to hold her down. But she recovered quickly enough.

The thumb-sucking is becoming a problem. We have a referral for a pediatric dentist, who I am sure Q will love every bit as much as she did the doctor, if not more. Don't know what to do about it. She does not respond to incentives very well yet. And sucking the thumb is a crucial component of her going-to-sleep habits. Habits which I do not particularly wish to disrupt.

Other than that, she's still a whopper of a child. 99th% for height (over 3 feet tall!), 97th% for weight.
