Have made a massive list of foodstufs I want to make and freeze before the new citizen arrives.

Also began a list of pies for the Thanksgiving pie frenzy. Remember, n+1 pies. Am saddened to discover that if the usual roster of guests comes, and if we count the new baby, I am still only licensed to make 10 pies. I'm not sure that's enough. But at least it's double digits, and we will be working around a baby, so I guess it's for the best. It barely stretches my imagination when it comes to kinds of pie to make, though. That's not a challenge. Will it even be enough to elicit accusations of insanity? I can only hope so.
