Not making good progress with the jewelry orders. I suppose I should make jewelry, not marmalade. I like to think the two are not really in competition, that the time I use marmalading right now is qualitatively unsuitable for jewelry making. I'm not sure that's true, but I'm sticking with it.

Have 3 more kinds I want to make: sangria, sour orange/ coffee (perhaps with a touch of chipotle?), and a relatively straightforward grapefruit/lime.

I will stop when I run out of citrus, or out of ideas. Or out of jars, though J is a very cooperative enabler and keeps me in jars, so that's not likely.
