Need to start making pie crusts and otherwise prepping for Thanksgiving. Still having trouble finding guests. My mom may be able to find someone at her apartment complex to bring. Or J may invite people for desserts. If not, the piestravaganza is in trouble, as I am not doing all that for people who just tell me I shouldn't and who will mostly nt even eat the pie. My family has broken my heart before!

Not sure whether the drainage for my new tree is enough. The leaves are yellowing and I suspect overwatering. I was just following their instructions, but am holding off on watering for a day or two.

No quince at the local plant nursery. None till spring. I am disappointed.
