My brother is doing ok for now, but my mom's knee went out and she can't really walk. She may have to have a knee replacement. Don't ignore knee pain!

I have occasional knee pain myself, and I solemnly swear to lose the 10 lbs I have gained with all the pies and cookies. Added weight hurts my knees. And also do my stretches. Normally I'm a walker, and it bugs me that this is one looming ailment for which more walking is not necessarily the answer.

In this bathroom there is a copy of New Jersey magazine. It has an article on "state of the art in home wine storage". I guess NJ people are into wine.
