The apple festoon went very well. Entirely pleasant. The apple caramel long procedure was not perfect, but manageable enough. Better than trying to make people wait while we put them in the fridge like last time. The main thing is, caramel sticks to cupcake liners. Pam them first. Secondly, no one really wanted coconut, but m&ms were a big hit. (Not my taste, but whatever).

More later. Busy now. Amazed the page hasn't reloaded and lost it all.
