Sitting here in the car with the baby as Q is in her co-op class. Then a quail jumped up on the hood of the van. And left before I could get the camera app opened.

I have been making bread with the 5 minutes a day technique for years and years now. Yesterday I tried a sourdough sandwich loaf facilitated by stand mixer. It is better. It was a pain because I basically had to be around all day to turn the mixer for 2 turns every 75 minutes for a couple reps then shape loaf, let rise, then bake...not conducive to being out and about.
