Yesterday this weird thing happpened where all of a sudden, over the course of about 10 minutes, I developed these horrid period-like pains coupled with a downward pressure that I felt elsewhere as well, and suddenly became light headed and had to lay down. I summoned J home but within the hour it had all gone back to normal and I'm not sure what was up. No period, no bleeding. Just weird.
