Weight loss has stalled, but on the other hand I am clearly gaining strength in my quads and glutes and abs, so I think fat loss is continuing and muscle gain is happening. There was one person in my one group who is about my height, basically the same weight, but wears a size 10, because she works out. So maybe I am replacing some flab with muscle. Let us hope so. I tried on my pants from last June and they fit nicely. I am running out of old pants to try on.

Wanted to start jumping rope again for a cardio component, but can’t find my jump rope.
