Monday, Sept. 17, 2018 - 12:00 p.m. I got to see the video of the suspension at the event, so that was awesome. But just thinking about going/not going even after it was over was enough to send me into a state of some kind. I dunno. It’s new. Things that help reset my brain when I am overwhelmed: time alone uninterrupted, sitting and staring; a nap; doing repetitive handwork (like linocut carving or the lacework). Calligraphy can, but often I try to make a mini-piece instead of just copying a text, and that doesn’t quite do it. previous next� Leave a note |
