This morning I had 50 loops done. Roughly 10 minutes per loop. Not even a fraction of what I need for this piece. I’m ok with it.

I am having ambitions, of course, but I won’t speak of them. I need to finish this piece and see if I really want to do another after that. I need to not make it too small just for the sake of finishing it more quickly. I need to have the diligence to see something through fully for once.

So much art I like is a humble thing that has been taken bigger than any normal person would imagine. As my friend Chuck says, if you aren’t willing to take a joke too far, why take it anywhere?
