Second update of the day.

I ended up having a shutdown/meltdown/whatever. U needed me for something just as I finally laid down and was trying to recover and there I went. “Godammit” I thought, as I felt myself begin to rock and sob. That’s the weirdest thing for me, that I’m still there in my brain thinking logical, coherent thoughts, and the rest of my nervous system is doing whatever it wants to do.

Anyway, it was relatively brief and then I fell asleep. Woke up, took shower, painted toenails glittery red. Better.
