Second entry of the day. Mind still acting like a ping pong ball.

Finished next section of the T-shirt collar necklace. Not sure what to do now. I wanted to put text on there but AS ALWAYS can’t decide on what. I want to subvert some norms there but not sure which ones and I don’t want it to be ham-handed.

This object already subverts something by being such a humble thing, a functional, dependent part torn from its used up shirt and finding new life as a stand-alone ornament. It’s not that practical because it is a complete circle and has to go on over your head, over your hair, remove your glasses. Is it fancy? Is it not fancy? Is it neither? Can text make it any more something, or less something?
