Irritated because still gaining weight.
To be fair I have been working out a lot. Maybe it’s water, maybe it’s sick gains bro.
Them: do 2 sets of 12-15. Every other day.
Me: 2 sets of 25. Every day.
Unless still sore.
Glutes. Big muscle, you know?

Well, I feel it’s helped my posture. My middle back still complains if I’m upright for too long but nowhere near as bad as it used to be.

What do I do all day? I wrap thread around cloth, work out, make people sandwiches, and shitpost. This is the fucking life.
