It was a long day yesterday. More car meltdowns. Got to hotel around midnight. We’ll visit my mom and cousins today. The creek is too high for the kids to play in which is a shame because they would have enjoyed the rocks. And the water. There will be plenty to do, though. Hope it goes smoothly.

Still gaining weight on this trip. Can’t wait to be home, flush the sodium out of me, and resume eating my veggies.
