The starter is really happy. Started some bread, to be baked tomorrow. I forgot what sourdough recipes are like. It’s like that one meme with the woman looking in puzzlements are all the diagrams.

I really miss the fruity, nutty breads, but the kids won’t eat them and J won’t eat much if any and Mom doesn’t like crusty breads and I must resist the urge to make delicious breads that I’m forced to eat entirely by myself. I need a local bread buddy I can drop half loaves off to now and then. Probably that would not be hard to find.

Not quite done with the dress yet. Today, I hope.
