Today I learned that duct tape doesn’t stick to waxed paper at first, but after a while it does. Inconvenient for sneaky sticker application. Parchment paper releases nicely regardless of interval.

My flour should be here today. I have to finish clearing out the freezer. We have way more frozen spinach than I thought.

I managed to do 5 push ups off the next step down. It’s the second step. When I started I started at the 5th.
