Yesterday I walked up and down the stairs 5 times in quick succession. Today, 6. You see how this will go. Cardio. Calves. Did some things with my weights and resistance bands too.

I waited until noon and then ate a small bowl of beanie weenies. Had some fruit. Must try not to snack. There’s cheese and cake and all kinds of things. I’m baking bread today too.

I want to sleep out of boredom.
