Bad day. Started fine then crashed. Spent most of it trying to sleep. Apart from the mandatory Sunday pastry excursion and some making people sandwiches. Laying in bed without desire. Thinking of things I should be doing but unable to mobilize. More emotional pain.

Whatever.
