Things of note:
1. It is me and J’s wedding anniversary. The wedding was too much, but I’m forever grateful we found each other.

2. I get my next tattoo in 10 !!! days.

3. There is a community of Koreans in the Yucatán who ended up there when they were basically enslaved there in the early 20th century, and when Japan invaded Korean in 1905 they got stuck there. Apparently they have very interesting hybrid food traditions now.

4. I finally started embroidering a shirt with some text. I’m warming up to the project but trying not to get too “THESE are my new THING”. I’ll do this one. Anything else I might subsequently do will be totally coincidental.
