My birthday started out badly. I honestly think it was demand avoidance. I do try not to overuse that as an explanation for things, but gosh. I wasn’t always like this about it but… who knows. Maybe a combination of things. Regularly scheduled low tide brain plus demand avoidance plus covid-related anxiety.

But eventually I got the amazing sweatshirt dress that cheered me up considerably and some nail polish I wanted etc and we did go out to eat so it got better.

Today I feel fine. Got one jewelry order in the mail. Mailed off my bead stash to someone who can use it. Neither at high tide nor low. It’s okay.
