Helping my friend today, which until now has gone like this:

His fiancé drove his prized Cadillac and it ran out of gas on an exit ramp and was impounded. However his license is suspended and so he can’t drive it away when he goes to pick it up. He’ll need to appoint me his legal agent for this purpose. They’re only open M and Thurs till 1pm.

Something about a notary.

No, notary isn’t necessary. But he signed ownership of the car over to his other friend because he lost his ID last week. But he still needs me to do the thing because his friend’s license is suspended too.

So I’m about to go do that. I cannot begin to tell you how much I don’t really want to.
