I still have a cold. I guess it’s getting betterish. J and E left to go to Memphis yesterday. U started throwing up today. It’s been a quiet day. I can’t tell if I’m just sick or also in a depressive phase. I just want to lay here and stare at the wall. I have a bunch of stuff to do and it all feels like too much.

The transcription job is still fine. Still a mode of escape that also makes me feel useful.

All compounded by the fact that I haven’t been keeping up with my stretches and my body feels terrible because of it. I just can’t seem to. I hope this passes soon.
