Saturday, Sept. 10, 2022 - 11:28 a.m. Didn’t get too far with my list, did I? Today, managed 15 minutes of the HIIT jump roping. 30 seconds of jumping, 30 seconds rest. A new high! I’m not sure how long to go for, but 30 minutes seems like an honorable goal. The calf muscles weren’t killing me by the end, either. Had a bowl of sautéed chickpeas with some roasted cherry tomatoes, spoonful of pesto, sprinkle of Parmesan. I feel pretty good right now but I still need a nap. previous next� Leave a note |
