The only thing I have to report is that I tried making the pie crust recipe my mom and aunt use and it’s so crumbly it fell apart when I tried to roll it, and I don’t know how they mange to get it into a crust. But the flakiness is unsurpassed. So I’m trying a hybrid variant I have made up where I use sourdough discard in it. Very high-foodie low-foodie because of course the sourdough discard recipe used butter. Whatever.

The dough seems good and I’ll try to bake it tomorrow and we’ll find out.

Am excited for my tattoo, again. Monday at 10. May he not reschedule. Fingers crossed.
