My tights finally arrived! One of them was a duplicate of a pair I already have, the other two very similar to ones I already have but in different colors and therefore useful enough, if not exciting. I think one will work well with my disturbing cat/clouds sweater dress. If I do this again I’ll keep in mind that their goth grouping really means “leftover Halloween stuff”.

My sequins also arrived. Very happy with that, strongly wish I had gotten a larger pack of the Halloween mix. You all saw the duck. That was the best thing in there but lots of other good things too. There’s a lot in there that isn’t actually listed in their catalog, so I can’t just go and buy more ducks. My mind harassed me all night when I wasn’t coughing trying to convince me to go through another sequined jewelry phase— make garish Peter Pan collar necklaces! It insisted— but I’m not excited about its ideas. It should be something I actually want to wear. So I’m just going to finish this sweater and see how I feel about it. I wonder what other people use all these sequins for?

I think the cards are almost dry.
I’m still coughing.
Baked 4 loaves of bread yesterday and the cleaners came for the first time since like April. I vow to try to keep the place clean in between visits, but then, I always do so vow.
