Looked at a house we really liked yesterday. In retrospect, we can't remember seeing a place to put a dining room table. That's kind of a deal-breaker. The kitchen is small, that sucks, but nowhere to eat?

Will try not to think about the awesome upstairs room with roof balcony that would probably be my studio, or the two-room guest house or the large garage workshop and the other storage closets and its proximity to campus.

No dining room.
