Monday, Nov. 16, 2020 - 10:30 a.m. Last 2 days, hyperfocused on a silly new project I was excited about. Today, a wall. Need to: Stalled out on doing the exercises from that program because one week they were either too easy or too hard and I couldn’t feel progress.
