It finally came to me the best way to refer to my fluctuations in brain state is high tide/low tide. I mean it isn’t a total 1:1 but it makes intuitive sense. The high tide brings a lot of stuff churned up and pushes it to land and pushes at my capacity and laps repetitive at the shore at the shore at the shore and the sea birds can pick off what it leaves.

And low tide there there is room to walk I suppose but nothing much new. Only the things high tide left and no one wanted. No one wanted.

High tide is the hurricane high tide.
Low tide is the calm still low tide.
