I cannot overemphasize how much I’ve been enjoying my refrigerator pickles. They hit all the same buttons as the salt and vinegar potato chips. Am I really evangelizing for pickles? Yes, because store bought are never this strong and apparently what I really want is vinegar and salt with just a little cucumber juice for chaser.

Don’t know if they would be as good with regular salad cucumbers, but since I have about a dozen of those still I suppose I may as well try it and see.

Been eating seasoned fresh tomatoes with balsamic and olive oil all week, today threw in some pistachios and some of the pickles, and need to restrain myself from having a second bowl. Moderation.
