I see they've discovered an approximately 2600-year-old settlement near Stonehenge. What amazes me about it is that there is anything at all left to find in England-- it's not that big, and people have been there for a while now. You'd think that everything would have been accounted for long ago. Exciting discovery, though.

An interesting backformation I heard the other day (in the context of a sarcastic commentary): "...not those unprofessionals at Johns Hopkins."

I heard something else linguistically interesting, too, but I can't remember it just now.

I have not gotten to give my business card out to ANYONE yet. Bummer.
