Went to the doc today for the official first ultrasound and appointment. Good news: the embryo was still there. Not beamed away by aliens. Still functional, even, and bigger than last time. All good signs. They gave us the picture from the ultrasound; the thing looks like it might turn out to be human. Everything else was ok, too.

Ate too many mozzarella sticks at lunch.

And for some reason, my space key is misfiring a lot. I have to keep going in and adding spaces afterwards.
