Making a special whole wheat brioche dough for tomorrow. Q helped me with it. Then afterward I noticed that none of the other recipes for whole wheat enriched breads had _quite_ so much vital gluten in them. Checked the website: ah, yes. 1/4 cup, not 2 1/4 cups. Fucking hell. Now I have to dump it all and do it again. 5 eggs, 3/4 c. honey, a stick and a half of butter, plus the flour...grr.
