105 here today. Higher next week. I have mostly just been watering the plants.

Compost is coming along nicely.

I feel adrift. J is on summer schedule now and in principle I want to get back to making stuff-- I have so many ideas!-- but then part of me says, what's the point? I can't run a business under the circumstances (other people can, but I have proven that I cannot), and so what the hell.

Don't worry, I will ignore myself on that point.
