In Florida now. Amazing how a landscape can make you feel like a puzzle piece finding its slot. Mostly I am tired from travel and chronic bad sleep. The baby has been sleeping badly this whole trip and it is really beginning to catch up with me.

Visited an old friend and met her daughter for the first time...been 5 years since I saw her. So nice. Today we go to my hometown. It's supposed to be rainy, of course, on the one day we have allotted for beach. I hope to go to the pizza place with the Greek salad I love. I wanted to teach Q and U how to make a drip sand castle, and walk on the jetties. Hope we have time before the rain.
