Been working on stretching again after letting it slide for too too long. Got the foam roller for Xmas and it feels great on my back but I can’t get past conflicting advice. Never flex over it, it’ll destroy your spine. Flex over it, but not the lumbar spine. Flex over it, the whole thing.

Thoracic spine in particular needs flexibility.

And whatever progress I had made in my hamstrings has long since vanished.
